Rosenblum Cuvee XXIV Zinfandel

This was a truly wonderful Zinfandel. Rosenblum tends to produce much bigger zins than many other wineries and, for Heather and I, this is a real winner. Lots of mouthfeel. Lots of flavor. A real winner.

Riverlea Chardonnay

Riverlea Tolaga Bay Marlborough Chardonnay 2002

This is a fruit forward New Zealand chardonnay. John liked how big the wine was. While it was fruity, it wasn't overly fruity. After the first glass, it seemed to settle down and have a little more minerals. Heather thought it was an okay wine, but was not blown away.
